It's a V-Log Explosion! Ka-Boom!

Been a while since I v-logged, so to make up for it I give you two. The first one is new. I made it tonight. The reason I'm sort of whispering is because The Wife was in the next room and I was self-conscious about the whole thing. It's about my office.

The second one is old. I made it back in March but didn't post it because I felt weird about it. It seems like I'm sarcastically ripping on Sophomore Undercover, which I had no intention of doing. Sophomore Undercover rules. Kirkus doesn't. That's what I'd like you to take away from the video. That, and beer is really good on unseasonably warm days.

My desk is messy too. But I seriously know (or can find in five minutes) where everything is!
One thing I found funny in your vlog is that your computer is labeled "computer". :) (oh, and the groovy music...)

Are you sure you didn't post that first one at an earlier date? It seems familiar to me.

My eyes were bugged out on your YA notes...I was trying to decipher whether you were following my instructions...I was looking for something that said, "Anita said to make this change. Make it now." But I didn't see anything like that. What gives?

Also, there was a photo near the TV screen I was trying to figure out...and a wall thingy with a bunch of words by the closet.

Anita, I think I posted the earlier one for a while but then pulled it shortly after.

And didn't you see those two huge X's on my revision notes?

The photo is of me and The Wife.
The wall thingy is a framed RULES FOR TEACHERS 1872 list. From the list: "Women teachers who marry or engage in unseemly conduct will be dismissed."

Sometimes the olden days aren't all they're cracked up to be.

Laundry blows. Ironing is worse. I haven't ironed a pair of pants all year for school. Wrinkle-free fabric is the best invention ever, when it works.

Nice office. I wish someday to have a place where I can tack up quotes, character notes, ideas, favorite words, and other nonsensical literary clutter. I have a small desk in our living room, but most of the time I don't use it. We have a laptop so it's mostly on my lap.

That's a lot of notes for Up North. Looks like you've prepared nicely for the upcoming revision. Good luck.

"sashoo"

That's a cool one.

My desk is messy. I coudlnt find anything on it if i tried. My entire house is messy right now, adn its driving me nuts. Why won't someone break in and clean it?

I have a laptop, and a table i purchased from Ikea (its name is Dave) that i use for the laptop. Since everyone in my house now has a laptop, we sold the desktop, but still have the desk.(I know its not called a desk top, but that's what i call it, k?)

i dream of having an office one day.

nice use of verbal parentheses, btw.

I have an elliptical trainer (which i hardly use), but i'm resisting the temptation to hang clothes on it, because i swore i wouldnt do that.

I think I should get points for recognizing the V-log.

You did get points. You're currently in first place. Monica is second.

I also paused and full-screened the bit where you were talking about your revision 'to-do' list.

I'm not sure if it was the quality of the video, or the quality of your handwriting, but either way, I couldn't make anything out.

Did I ever tell you that I used to be a security guard?

Wow. A V-log. The list thing worked for me so I might have to steal this from you as well. Good to know my desk isn't the only messy one out there. And who said a cluttered desk is the sign of a clear mind?? (Or something to that effect...)

yay!!! i'm second

This is what I get for asking The Wife to leave comments.
